The insights you gain leading you on a path to take deliberate action
Do you know what your strengths are? What is it that you can do sustainably? What can you master to the highest level?
Quite often people find themselves in careers or life situations that are not a match to their natural strengths. They can develop imposter syndrome or feel disconnected from themselves.
Your natural style is an expression of your identity and values. When your values aren't being met, you will find yourself feel out of alignment with who you are.
Your Core Drivers
Core Drivers influence the way you make decisions. Knowing your drivers gives you the clarity that you need to empower you to make effective decisions for the rest of your life.
The Four Energy Styles
Behavioural Profiling is NOT Personality Profiling. It's energetic profiling.
It measures the natural natural energy style we are born with that rarely ever changes.
It then measures our conscious adaption to the world, which changes based on the situation (role, career, relationship) we find ourselves in.
We can do activities closest to our natural style effortlessly, as they energise us.
Short energy bursts into our non native wiring provide the adaption we need to succeed in life.
Prolonged activities against our natural style can lead to fatigue and burnout.
The relationship between your style and career
Which roles and tasks suit each of the behavioural styles?
If your most natural energy style is match to your conscious adapted style, you find yourself energised and motivated. What you do will be a match to your values, your identity and your sense of purpose in the world.
Dominant styles are driven by significance and wanting to win. Impact is key.
Influencer styles want to have fun, be liked and enjoy the journey. Connection is core.
Stabiliser styles want comfort, care and predictability. Trust is valued highly.
Compliant styles want precision, accuracy and thorough facts. Respect matters.
