We are experienced and certified Trainers who have designed, built and facilitated many successful programs both remote, face to face or a blend of both. We specialise in Remote Working, Business Agility, eDISC and Scaled Agile (SAFe) Accredited Courses. All of our trainers additionally hold a current Cert IV in Training & Development (TAE40116)
We are seasoned coaches and facilitators who have practical experience at scale on how to truly help you on your journey. We guide teams and individuals at all levels to success. We specialise in both personal development and organisational change, trained by the Coaching Institute, ICAgile, SAFe and ORSC (Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching)
We learned our trade in delivery over decades on how to deliver at scale using the best tools in the Agile, Lean, Innovation and Traditional toolsets. We are pragmatic and ruthlessly focused on delivering real value. We have extensive program management experience at very senior levels with a customer centred approach tailored to our clients.
