At heart we are experienced senior practitioners. We do not train what we have not experienced ourselves and bring those stories and texture to everything we do.
We have also spent many years learning how to be trainers and coaches. This includes formal training qualifications — all our trainers hold an official Australian Cert IV in Training & Assessment and the hard graft of training hundreds of learners.

How experienced are you in Remote Learning?
Since 2019 we are certified Remote Training Facilitators via remote working expert Lisette Sutherland's Collaboration Superpowers. We have delivered hundreds of hours of private and public courses as well as remote consulting services in Australia and Europe.
Do you provide in-house training?
Yes! We provide regular public and private courses. We are partners with ICAgile, SAFe & Collaboration Super Powers which gives us a wide range of material and certifications to work with.
What do you provide beyond training?
We are very experienced coaches who coach individuals and teams to success. We also are delivery experts across many years, multiple types of projects, methodologies and locations.
Can your courses be customised?
Yes! We can create specific course material, white label our existing catalogue, mentoring of your internal staff and customised hand over of material.
Carbon-neutral training
We commit to planting a dozen trees for every workshop or training series we run in order to offset the impact we may make. We believe there are positives we can take from our shared experience.
