Why Christiane?

Why Christiane ?
I am certified Transitional Intelligence TQ TM Coach.
I am also a senior leader & transformation consultant who has gone through menopause in recent years. Throughout this time I found that help, information and support in and outside of the workplace was difficult to come by.
I set about seeking the available resources for women not only to find how under researched and undereducated the medical profession was, but also how little menopause is a conversation in everyday life. The more I learnt the more frustrated I got at a system that was not supportive of women without a massive effort placed on me at a very challenging time of my life. I learned to advocate for my physical, mental and sexual health.
I accumulated a wealth of knowledge through medical studies, following experts in the industry, listening to hundreds of hours of podcasts, reading books and seeking professional help via psychologists, sexologists, pelvic floor and menopause specialists.
I found however that despite all the diversity & inclusion efforts in workplaces, I felt unable to have this conversation at work to receive the help I needed. Feeling constantly overwhelmed and underperforming, which I had not previously known myself as, I opted to stop work and take time out to regroup.
Just before I was exiting my workplace I enrolled in a Navigating Transition coaching certification program specifically aimed at midlife transitions from 35-70+. Developed by the Modern Elder Academy and facilitated via coaching.com.
It galvanised a pivotal moment in my coaching career. I had been coaching for the last 10 years employing various modalities and psychological and behavioural frameworks, all of which have contributed to my ability now to fully stand behind the efficacy of methods and frameworks employed in this program.
The combination of the Navigating Transition Certification, my personal menopause experience and my career background as a senior leader in corporate drove me to create a program for women that aims to create a platform for awareness and support of midlife women to navigate their career and menopause for greater joy, productivity and renewed sense of purpose in their lives.
Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional, nor a menopause specialist. I am a trained and certified Transition Intelligence (TQ) expert and Organisational & Leadership Coach (IECL) with more than 10 years of experience coaching organisations, people leaders and teams through change and transitions.
I am qualified to take you through this course in the context of my coaching ethics
